No Professional Relationship
Use of Claves AI does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, adviser-client, consultant-client, contractor, employment, agency, or other professional relationship. Claves AI does not evaluate your specific legal duties, medical condition, financial position, tax status, regulatory obligations, security posture, engineering constraints, procurement requirements, or other circumstances in the manner a qualified professional would.
AI Limitations
Claves AI may use multiple artificial intelligence models, agents, or advisory structures to generate responses. These systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, speculative, biased, or misleading information. Users are responsible for independently verifying all important information before relying on it.

Sensitive Information
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, trade secrets, passwords, private keys, protected health information, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and understand the risks.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit may lawfully be processed by Claves AI, its infrastructure providers, and any connected model providers or third-party services. Do not use Claves AI to process information that is subject to confidentiality, security, retention, residency, procurement, contractual, professional, or regulatory restrictions unless you have independently determined that such use is permitted.
Third-Party Models and Services
Claves AI may route prompts, context, files, outputs, metadata, or related request information to third-party model providers, infrastructure providers, payment providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, or user-connected services such as OpenRouter. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, retention policies, rate limits, availability limits, model behavior, pricing, and security controls. Claves AI does not control third-party models or services and is not responsible for their outputs, outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or handling of information.
User-Provided Keys and Credits
If you connect your own OpenRouter key or another user-provided credential, you are responsible for that account, key, credits, usage, provider charges, provider terms, and any activity that occurs through it. Claves AI may help route requests through your connected key, but it does not control your OpenRouter account, payment method, provider billing, usage limits, or model-provider decisions.
No Warranties
Claves AI does not guarantee confidentiality, accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any specific decision. Use of Claves AI is at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for any actions, decisions, communications, or consequences resulting from your use of the platform or its outputs.
Claves AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, models, councils, prices, limits, provider routes, availability, latency, outputs, and access rules may change, fail, degrade, or be discontinued at any time.
Decision Support Only
Where Claves AI provides multiple perspectives, deliberations, rankings, confidence scores, consensus views, dissenting views, or synthesized recommendations, those outputs should be understood as machine-generated decision support, not as final determinations of truth, safety, legality, or correctness.
High-Risk Uses
For matters involving law, medicine, finance, taxation, national security, export control, employment, safety-critical engineering, government contracting, or other high-risk areas, consult a qualified professional before acting.
Do not rely on Claves AI as the sole basis for decisions that could affect legal rights, health, safety, liberty, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, financial outcomes, security posture, regulatory compliance, public procurement, weapons, critical infrastructure, or other material interests.
User Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, professional duties, workplace policies, procurement rules, export controls, sanctions, data protection obligations, intellectual-property obligations, and provider terms that apply to your use of Claves AI and any connected services.
Responsibility for Use
By using Claves AI, you acknowledge that AI systems can be wrong and that you are responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying any information you receive.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claves AI and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, claims, costs, liabilities, penalties, business interruptions, lost profits, data loss, security incidents, professional consequences, regulatory consequences, or other harms arising from or related to your use of the platform, your reliance on outputs, your submission of information, your connected accounts or keys, or third-party model/provider behavior.
